The Sales Order Processing module

Sales Order Processing brings together your customer information with the goods and services you supply. These are priced according to the selling prices and discounts set in the Price Book module.

Once you have set up the Sales Order Processing module, you can:

• Record quotations and pro-formas. These are converted to sales orders when required.

• Record a variety of sales orders: full, rapid (uses default prices and discounts to let you enter orders quickly), trade counter (for over the counter sales where the customer pays immediately) and repeat order templates.
• Print order documentation.
• Allocate stock, automatically or manually.
• Handle sales returns and issue credit notes.
